Abstract
Graphene, a two-dimensional material with unique properties, has the limitation of a zero band gap that hinders its use in advanced electronic devices. This thesis explores various tuning techniques to modulate its properties, including chemical doping, band gap engineering, and the use of ionic liquids. Through the implementation of the model in MATLAB, the study demonstrates that the electronic properties of graphene can be precisely engineered, confirming how, for example, the surface impedance decreases with increasing chemical potential.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
