Through a regulatory study and a practical case involving the use of the CartSan software, best practices and operational challenges are identified, with the aim of enhancing worker protection.
La tesi esamina il ruolo del medico competente nel sistema di sicurezza e salute nei luoghi di lavoro, analizzandone responsabilità, funzioni e il contributo alla prevenzione dei rischi. Attraverso uno studio normativo e un caso pratico sull'uso del software CartSan, vengono identificate buone pratiche e criticità operative, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la tutela dei lavoratori.
