EFFICIENZA DEI PROCESSI PRODUTTIVI: ANALISI DELLA CARBON FOOTPRINT IN HTC

The following thesis work is the result of my internship experience in the company "HTC Costruzioni e Servizi SRL". It aims to analyze the order issuing process through the Lean methodology and a sustainability assessment. The process was chosen as a case study as it has been improved through the introduction of information systems. The paper includes a presentation of the company, a detailed description of the process analyzed and its timing. Through its mapping it was possible to analyze waste and then look for solutions and improvements in timing and resources. Furthermore, an analysis of the company's carbon footprint was conducted - measured in a documented, repeatable and verifiable manner according to the ISO 14064-1 standard requirements - and from the results that emerged we attempted to identify possible improvements and strategies to mitigate the impact environmental of the company.

Il seguente lavoro di tesi è il risultato della mia esperienza di tirocinio nella società “HTC Costruzioni e Servizi SRL”. Ha l’obiettivo di analizzare il processo di emissione degli ordini attraverso la metodologia Lean e un assesment di sostenibilità. Il processo è stato scelto come caso studio in quanto è stato migliorato attraverso l’introduzione di sistemi informativi. Nell’elaborato è presente la presentazione dell’azienda, la descrizione dettagliata del processo analizzato e delle sue tempistiche. Attraverso la sua mappatura è stato possibile analizzare gli sprechi per poi cercare soluzioni e miglioramenti di tempistiche e risorse. Inoltre, è stata condotta un’analisi dell’impronta di carbonio aziendale – misurata in maniera documentata, ripetibile e verificabile secondo i requisiti standard ISO 14064-1 – e dai risultati emersi si è cercato di individuare possibili miglioramenti e strategie per mitigare l’impatto ambientale dell’azienda.
