This thesis analyzes two versions of the Halo safety system designed for installation on a Formula 4 race car: one based on the current concept currently in use, and another optimized and designed by us. The objective is to determine—using finite element analysis—which of the two geometries is more effective, ergonomic, and safe for the driver.

Abstract
This thesis analyzes two versions of the Halo safety system designed for installation on a Formula 4 race car: one based on the current concept currently in use, and another optimized and designed by us. The objective is to determine—using finite element analysis—which of the two geometries is more effective, ergonomic, and safe for the driver.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
