The thesis deals with the theme of the energy requalification of existing buildings; the case study is a 1950s building in Bari for which design solutions are proposed, both for the envelope and for the heating system, useful for improving the energy efficiency of at least two classes in order to obtain tax incentives guaranteed by the Superbonus 110%.
La tesi tratta il tema della riqualificazione energetica di edilizia esistente; il caso di studio è un edificio degli anni Cinquanta a Bari per il quale si propongono soluzioni progettuali, sia per l’involucro sia per l’impianto di riscaldamento, utili a migliorarne l’efficienza energetica di almeno due classi così da ottenere gli incentivi fiscali garantiti dal Superbonus 110%.
