This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis and optimization framework for agricultural planning and crop mix selection. The research begins with an exhaustive review of existing literature in the field of agricultural optimization, providing a solid foundation for understanding the complexities and opportunities therein. Drawing upon this knowledge base, an optimization model is developed to address the multifaceted aspects of agricultural decision-making. Key variables considered include environmental impact, production costs, economic returns, and social benefits associated with various crop options. The model aims to support decision-makers in making informed and strategic choices regarding crop selection. Implementation of the optimization model is executed using MATLAB, integrating precise data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. The results obtained from this process yield valuable insights into optimizing crop mixes, emphasizing the importance of an integrated approach to agricultural planning. Furthermore, the findings highlight the necessity of considering multiple factors to maximize the overall value generated by agricultural activities. This methodology not only provides immediate benefits in guiding agricultural decisions but also lays the groundwork for future advancements in agricultural optimization. Promoting sustainable and profitable agricultural policies and practices has the potential to significantly impact the agricultural sector and contribute to broader societal and environmental goals.
