This thesis presents the facial reconstruction process of Blessed Giacomo Illirico of Bitetto, carried out using reverse engineering techniques and three-dimensional modeling. By applying the Manchester forensic method, combined with advanced digital tools such as Blender, it was possible to produce a plausible representation of the Blessed's face starting from cranial data. The project lies at the intersection of technology, forensic anthropology, and cultural heritage preservation, demonstrating how the integration of scientific methods and digital tools can restore a visual and human dimension to significant historical figures. The reconstruction is intended not only as a technical exercise but also as a bridge between past and present, offering a new perspective on the figure of Blessed Giacomo for both educational and devotional purposes

Abstract
This thesis presents the facial reconstruction process of Blessed Giacomo Illirico of Bitetto, carried out using reverse engineering techniques and three-dimensional modeling. By applying the Manchester forensic method, combined with advanced digital tools such as Blender, it was possible to produce a plausible representation of the Blessed's face starting from cranial data. The project lies at the intersection of technology, forensic anthropology, and cultural heritage preservation, demonstrating how the integration of scientific methods and digital tools can restore a visual and human dimension to significant historical figures.
