The transition towards Logistics 4.0 poses new performance challenges for logistics service providers; however, the relevant literature currently appears fragmented. This study aims to bridge this gap through a systematic review of scientific articles, directed towards the development of a structured Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard. The analysis enabled the systematization of existing knowledge by cross-referencing logistics process phases with four critical dimensions: efficiency, effectiveness, resilience, and sustainability. The result is an integrated managerial framework that encompasses indicators, reference theories, and enabling technological factors, offering decision-makers concrete support for performance monitoring and strategic planning towards more advanced operational models.

Abstract
The transition towards Logistics 4.0 poses new performance challenges for logistics service providers; however, the relevant literature currently appears fragmented. This study aims to bridge this gap through a systematic review of scientific articles, directed towards the development of a structured Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard. The analysis enabled the systematization of existing knowledge by cross-referencing logistics process phases with four critical dimensions: efficiency, effectiveness, resilience, and sustainability. The result is an integrated managerial framework that encompasses indicators, reference theories, and enabling technological factors, offering decision-makers concrete support for performance monitoring and strategic planning towards more advanced operational models.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
