The aim of this thesis work has been the understanding of the effects of climate change already in place for several years on the energy performance of a building subjected to enhanced thermal insulation performance within the “110% superbonus” and the suggestion of further improvement methods. The assessment is carried out through the assessment of the future climate scenarios carried forward to 2100, the defined as a turning point year for stopping global warming. Considering as case of study a traditional residencial building of the 80s, the climate parameters were analyses and applied on the 3D building model though Meteonorm and Design Builder. This allowed studying different types of optimization strategies and options, selecting the best schema and offer an inexpensive choice for thermal comfort both in winter and in summer.

Abstract
The aim of this thesis work has been the understanding of the effects of climate change already in place for several years on the energy performance of a building subjected to enhanced thermal insulation performance within the “110% superbonus” and the suggestion of further improvement methods. The assessment is carried out through the assessment of the future climate scenarios carried forward to 2100, the defined as a turning point year for stopping global warming. Considering as case of study a traditional residencial building of the 80s, the climate parameters were analyses and applied on the 3D building model though Meteonorm and Design Builder. This allowed studying different types of optimization strategies and options, selecting the best schema and offer an inexpensive choice for thermal comfort both in winter and in summer.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
