APPLICAZIONE DELLE TECNOLOGIE DI MODELLAZIONE INFORMATIVA CON AUTODESK REVIT. UN CASO DI STUDIO.

The research focuses on the modeling component of BIM, as a creative and functional process for defining a 360-degree design that combines art, aesthetics, and building management engineering skills. A workflow was tested involving the three-dimensional BIM modeling of townhouses, built by the Dutch firm KAAN Architecten in the Borneo-Sporenburg port district of Amsterdam, using Autodesk Revit software to verify the program's true potential in managing the formal and technical issues of the buildings under study and meeting the representative needs of information modeling.

La ricerca vuole porre l’attenzione sull’azione del Modeling che compone il BIM, come processo creativo e funzionale alla definizione di una progettazione a 360 gradi che unisce arte ad estetica alle competenze ingegneristiche di building management. Si è sperimentato un workflow operativo che ha riguardato la modellazione tridimensionale per il BIM delle case a schiera, realizzate dallo studio olandese KAAN Architecten, nel quartiere portuale di Amsterdam, Borneo-Sporenburg, utilizzando il software Autodesk Revit per verificare le effettive potenzialità del programma rispetto alla gestione delle problematiche formali e tecniche degli edifici oggetto di studio e alle esigenze rappresentative della modellazione informativa.
