Abstract

A fully digital workflow was developed to design and 3D print custom transfemoral prosthetic liners via Liquid Additive Manufacturing, overcoming traditional molding limitations. The medical-grade silicone device underwent tensile, cyclic fatigue, and adhesion testing to evaluate its dynamic mechanical performance. Finally, a preliminary clinical fitting was conducted on a patient to assess the physical donning procedure and gather direct functional feedback on the printed interface.
