This thesis focuses on analyzing the single-point incremental forming (SPIF) process using a KUKA anthropomorphic robot to evaluate the accuracy of a resulting component. The distinguishing feature of SPIF technology is its greater flexibility and the elimination of dedicated molds. The preliminary stage of the forming process is the design of the trajectory using CAD to achieve the desired geometry. The forming process is then performed by the aforementioned robot. Several tests are conducted to achieve the ideal trajectory and process parameters.

Abstract
This thesis focuses on analyzing the single-point incremental forming (SPIF) process using a KUKA anthropomorphic robot to evaluate the accuracy of a resulting component. The distinguishing feature of SPIF technology is its greater flexibility and the elimination of dedicated molds. The preliminary stage of the forming process is the design of the trajectory using CAD to achieve the desired geometry. The forming process is then performed by the aforementioned robot. Several tests are conducted to achieve the ideal trajectory and process parameters.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
