REVISIONE BIBLIOMETRICA DELLA LETTERATURA: IMPLEMENTAZIONE DELL'AI NEI PROCESSI LOGISTICI DI MAGAZZINO IN OTTICA 4.0

This thesis presents a bibliometric review on the convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), warehouse management, and Industry 4.0. Based on a rigorous database query methodology, this work quantitatively analyzes trends in publication volume, documents, authors, affiliations, countries, keywords, and citation networks. The objective is to map the conceptual structure of the field, revealing the dominant research streams and the strategic implications for optimizing internal logistics processes (receiving, storage, and shipping) are highlighted. The study concludes by identifying open challenges and offering recommendations for future research agendas

Questa tesi presenta una revisione bibliometrica sulla convergenza tra IA, gestione del magazzino e Industria 4.0. Definita una rigorosa metodologia di interrogazione dei database, il lavoro analizza quantitativamente le tendenze di pubblicazione, documenti, autori, affiliazioni, nazioni, keywords e network di citazioni. L’obiettivo è mappare la struttura concettuale del campo, svelando i filoni scientifici dominanti e le implicazioni strategiche per l'ottimizzazione dei processi logistici interni (ricezione, stoccaggio, spedizione). Lo studio si conclude identificando le sfide ancora aperte e offrendo raccomandazioni per le future agende di ricerca.
