The thesis proposes and validates a distributed logging architecture based on the Off-Chain paradigm to overcome the structural vulnerabilities of traditional centralized systems. By integrating a MultiChain node and cryptographically decoupling the payload, the system guarantees Forward Integrity and Tamper Evidence. The implemented Proof-of-Concept demonstrates high spatial efficiency (O(1)) and deterministic latency, ensuring Forensic Readiness and compliance with NIS2 and GDPR directives.

Abstract
The thesis proposes and validates a distributed logging architecture based on the Off-Chain paradigm to overcome the structural vulnerabilities of traditional centralized systems. By integrating a MultiChain node and cryptographically decoupling the payload, the system guarantees Forward Integrity and Tamper Evidence. The implemented Proof-of-Concept demonstrates high spatial efficiency (O(1)) and deterministic latency, ensuring Forensic Readiness and compliance with NIS2 and GDPR directives.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
