D.LGS. 81/08 E SICUREZZA DEI CANTIERI. PSC E MISURE DI SICUREZZA: DALLA TEORIA ALLE ATTIVITA' PROFESSIONALI

The objective of the thesis is to describe the evolution of safety science in Italy, through numerous regulations and decrees, up to the Legislative Decree 81/08, also known as the "Testo Unico per la Sicurezza sul Lavoro". Another topic taken into account is the importance of this discipline in the organization of a construction site, for the protection and health of workers in the workplace. For this purpose, the drafting and use of a particular document, the PSC, will be shown, which is of fundamental importance to identify the most risky situations and implement a series of actions, aimed at securing the entire environment.

L’obiettivo della tesi è descrivere l’evoluzione della scienza della sicurezza in Italia, attraverso numerosissime normative e decreti, fino ad arrivare al D.Lgs.81/08, altresì conosciuto come Testo Unico per la Sicurezza sul Lavoro. Si tratterà, poi, l’importanza di tale disciplina nell’organizzazione di un cantiere, ai fini della tutela e della salute dei lavoratori sul posto di lavoro. A tale scopo, verranno mostrati la stesura e l’utilizzo di un particolare documento, ovvero il PSC, che è di fondamentale importanza per individuare le situazioni più a rischio e mettere in atto una serie di azioni, finalizzate a mettere in sicurezza l’intero ambiente.
