The following degree thesis is part of the design of specialised devices to assist children with ADHD - Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). The analysis focuses on the development of an oscillating seat capable of alleviating the users' restlessness while performing specific activities, stimulating their concentration and at the same time giving them a product that manages their movements and gives them a sense of well-being. The idea stems from the request of many parents to give their children devices and games that are different from traditional ones and that help to facilitate concentration. The research investigated monitoring methodologies and different types of therapies that currently exist, focusing on the methods used in Psychomotor Therapy, which, through the interaction of movement, guides the user in moving "from being a body, to recognising oneself as a body". Continuous movement is not omnipresent in children with ADHD, but manifests itself especially when they have to perform executive functions. In fact, the aim of the project is to generate a product of the playful field, as well as therapeutic, in order to make the activity that the child-user is performing, comfortable and fun.
