IL DESIGN DELLA MANIGLIA: FORMA, TECNICA E PRODUZIONE DEI DISPOSITIVI DI APERTURA

The thesis focuses on the study of the evolution of handle design from its earliest appearances to the present day. Next is an analysis of the production techniques and materials used in the various artistic movements from the second half of the nineteenth century to the contemporary period in nations that have been most influential in its development, with an in-depth look at cataloging and advertising techniques. In the middle part, the investigation shifts to contemporary production realities with an analysis of production systems and materials used and then delves into a concrete case, Master srl. The thesis concludes, after understanding the formal and productive evolution of the micro-object handle, with the realization of an opening/closing system.

La tesi verte sullo studio dell’evoluzione del design della maniglia, dalle sue prime apparizioni sino ai giorni odierni. Successivamente si trova un’analisi delle tecniche produttive e dei materiali impiegati nei diversi movimenti artistici dalla seconda metà del diciannovesimo secolo sino al periodo contemporaneo in nazioni che hanno maggiormente influito allo sviluppo, con un approfondimento sulle tecniche di catalogazione e pubblicitarie. Nella parte centrale l’indagine si sposta sulle realtà produttive contemporanee con un’analisi dei sistemi produttivi e dei materiali utilizzati per poi approfondire un caso concreto, Master srl. La tesi si conclude, dopo aver compreso l’evoluzione formale e produttiva del micro-oggetto maniglia, con la realizzazione di un sistema di apertura/chiusura.
