This thesis explores the current narrative strategies employed in the context of design exposition, focusing specifically on the furniture sector and the narrative role played by product-service systems. Moving our attention to storytelling strategies implemented within the Italian production framework, the need arose to reconstruct the key historical milestones that led to the establishment of the Made in Italy brand. This was done in order to trace and understand the attributes that characterize it and how they are perceived in domestic and international markets. Building upon these premises, through research and field analysis, the historical and economic contribution of the Murge district to national production was investigated, aiming to identify the unique values and narrative tools employed in this context. The research revealed that during the customer experience, users find it difficult to identify the intrinsic cultural dimension of the Murge companies, highlighting the need to redesign this step of the shopping experience. The resulting design output takes the form of a system supporting the customer journey, capable of narrating the peculiarities of Made in Italy and the Murge district, establishing a direct interaction between the user and the company.

Abstract
The resulting design output takes the form of a system supporting the customer journey, capable of narrating the peculiarities of Made in Italy and the Murge district, establishing a direct interaction between the user and the company.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
