Abstract

Among new services and possibilities offered by the fifth generation of mobile networks, the Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is one of the most interesting. In this thesis work, an innovative approach for the optimal management of computing resources and the distribution of users among MEC servers, based on mobility prediction and dynamic programming, is proposed.
