This thesis work aims to analyze the business processes of a local SME, after having identified, documented and mapped them, through the application of Business Process Management Methodologies. The result was the redesign of the warehouse management process by proposing alternative solutions to carrying out the same.
Il presente lavoro di tesi ha come obiettivo quello di analizzare i processi aziendali di una PMI del territorio, dopo averli individuati, documentati e mappati, attraverso l’applicazione delle metodologie del Business Process Management. Il risultato a cui si è giunti è stata la riprogettazione del processo di gestione del magazzino proponendo soluzioni alternative allo svolgimento dello stesso.
