LINEE GUIDA E MAPPA DI METADATI SULLO SVILUPPO E DIFFUSIONE DI FACCIATE AD ALTA PRESTAZIONE IN EUROPA E STATI UNITI

Through a first analysis of the characteristics that the case studies have and a first comparison with some construction professionals, a survey has been carried out that it has been essential to obtain the greatest amount of information that will allow to obtain the characteristics of the façade examples analyzed. In a second phase, has been important to collect as many cases as possible through an abundant diffusion of the survey not only to designers and to partner companies. Once the first results have been collected, has been possible to start entering data and characteristics on a map, which also allows a comparison with the geographical location of the façade. By making the map interactive and continuing to collect other data from other facades, after a first phase of the census, it started to analyze which are the most functional characteristics. With these characteristics, therefore, has been possible to draw up a document containing guidelines that illustrate the best methods and solutions to reduce the use of energy through an intervention on the building envelope.

Attraverso una prima analisi delle caratteristiche dei casi di studio e un primo confronto con alcuni professionisti dell’edilizia, è stato condotto un sondaggio essenziale per ottenere la maggior quantità possibile di informazioni che hanno consentito di ottenere le caratteristiche degli esempi virtuosi e funzionanti di facciata ad alta prestazione. Successivamente è stato importante raccogliere il maggior numero possibile di casi attraverso un’abbondante diffusione del sondaggio non solo ai progettisti e alle società partner. Una volta raccolti i primi risultati, è stato possibile iniziare ad inserire i dati e caratteristiche su una mappa, il che consente anche un confronto con la posizione geografica della facciata. Rendendo la mappa interattiva e continuando a raccogliere altri dati da altre facciate, dopo una prima fase del censimento, è stato possibile analizzare quali sono le caratteristiche più funzionali. Con queste caratteristiche, quindi, è stato possibile elaborare un documento contenente linee guida che illustrano i migliori metodi e soluzioni per ridurre l’uso di energia attraverso un intervento sull’involucro dell’edificio.
